Join us rain or shine! November’s Marque is “One Last Ride” – all makes and models are welcome. There will be FREE Coffee and Donuts at the Iron Gate Motor Plaza – check the signs for location. Have questions about owning a condo? Visit our office in the gate house at 2228 Unit 101.
Chrome and Coffee is an informal open house with car talk, donuts and coffee. There is no charge to attend, although we encourage donations to Cal’s Angels to support their efforts to help local kids battling cancer. This is a great time to get to know us, tour the site, and get any questions answered that you may have. Email Becky@IronGateMotorCondos.com for more information.
If you come on Saturday:
As cars are exiting Iron Gate, it is fun to watch them drive away and take photos. However, our success has drawn the attention of local law enforcement, who will be on hand Saturday to make sure that everyone is safely enjoying the show from the sidewalk. Please, for your safety, refrain from standing in the street.
How to park:
When attending Chrome and Coffee, please back into the designated space (we have attendants who will guide you) in a herringbone pattern. This will allow you to leave when you want to and allow us to welcome as many vehicles as possible.
PLEASE BE PATIENT WHEN PARKING. We have been happily overwhelmed by your support, and we love having you at Iron Gate. Please keep in mind that we have a small staff and utilize volunteers – some of them youngsters – to help with parking. Space is very limited so if you are driving a sturdy vehicle you may be asked to park in gravel or grass. We have invited guests from local car clubs who have reserved parking in front of buildings 2228 and 2232 and the main drive must be kept clear in case an emergency vehicle needs to get through. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. As we grow, we will have more paved areas for parking.
